Minimum Requirements and Recommendations for Oxygen:
Along with the default WordPress requirements, we recommend the following settings for Oxygen:
- PHP Versions: 7.4+
- PHP Modules: mbstring, SimpleXML
- Database Collation: utf8mb4_general_ci or utf8_general_ci
- Server Memory: 256 MB (512 MB is preferred)
- WP Memory Limit: 256 MB (512 MB is preferred)
Please note that Oxygen is not compatible with FSE/Block themes.
Minimum Recommendations for Oxygen WooCommerce and Oxygen Gutenberg:
If you're using the Oxygen Elements for WooCommerce plugin with WooCommerce, or the Oxygen Gutenberg plugin, we recommend the following memory settings:
- Server Memory: 512MB
- WP Memory Limit: 512MB

Web Application Firewall (WAF):
If you have enabled the Web Application Firewall (WAF) on your hosted site and are using Oxygen Builder as your page builder, it can occasionally trigger known & blocked attack vectors when publishing updates.
A possible solution would be to disable the triggered rule IDs in your WAF configuration to allow these legitimate requests. However, that would render your site vulnerable to attack through those vectors.
A more secure solution is to add your IP address to the IP Allowlist in your WAF. This would allow all requests originating from your IP to proceed unimpeded.
