1. Money Back Guarantee

At Oxygen, your satisfaction is our priority. All payments, including subscription renewals, are backed by our money back guarantee. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, you may request a refund within 60 days of your payment. Just contact us and we’ll promptly issue a refund.

2. Subscription

Oxygen operates on a subscription model. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the customer portal. There is no obligation to renew. Once canceled, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.

3. Software License

Oxygen’s PHP code is licensed under the GNU General Public License (GPL). The compiled parts of the software, such as icons, JavaScript, and other assets, are licensed under their respective applicable licenses. 5. Trademark Policy

Do not use “oxygen” in top-level domain names or product names. We enforce our trademark policy following the same guidelines as the WordPress Foundation’s Trademark Policy. Additionally, we strongly discourage the use of “ox” in top-level domain names or product names — we encourage you to be unique.

6. No Warranty

Oxygen is provided “as is,” without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that Oxygen will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements. Use of the software and services is at your own risk. You acknowledge that software and online services inherently carry risks, and you agree that you assume all responsibility.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Oxygen, its affiliates, or its suppliers be liable for any damages, including but not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of the use or inability to use the software or services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Your sole and exclusive remedy for dissatisfaction with Oxygen or any related services is to stop using the software and cancel your subscription. No other claims or demands shall be recognized.

While we strive to provide excellent technical support, we make no guarantees regarding the level, frequency, speed, or availability of support. All support is provided at our discretion.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Oxygen, its officers, directors, employees, contractors, licensors, and agents from and against any claims, demands, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including legal fees, arising out of your use of the software, your violation of this Agreement, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

11. Severability

If any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be invalid, void, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

12. Entire Agreement

These Terms of Service constitute the entire agreement between you and Oxygen with respect to the software and supersede all prior or contemporaneous understandings and agreements, whether oral or written.

We reserve the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms of Service at any time and at our sole discretion. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the website. Continued use of our services following any updates signifies your acceptance of the revised terms.

We are not liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, wars, terrorism, civil unrest, government action, labor disputes, or interruptions in internet services.

16. Waiver

No failure or delay by Oxygen in exercising any right, power, or privilege shall operate as a waiver of such right, power, or privilege.

You may not assign or transfer these Terms of Service without prior written consent from Oxygen. We may assign our rights and obligations under this Agreement at any time without notice.
