Brand & Legal Guidelines
Commercial use is allowed. You may use the Oxygen logo and trademark to promote your commercial products, as long as you follow our trademark policy.
The WordPress Foundation has a perfect trademark policy. WE WILL ENFORCE THE EXACT SAME POLICY. If the WordPress Foundation would not allow you to use “WordPress” in a certain way, we won't allow you to use Oxygen in that way either — and if their policy allows it, you can use Oxygen in exactly the same way.
Do not use “oxygen” in top level domain names under any circumstances. Use of “oxy” is also discouraged but not expressly prohibited.
Do not use “oxygen” or “oxy” in product names. Instead, describe your product as “for Oxygen”. “Some Unique Product Name for Oxygen” is acceptable; “Really Great Elements for Oxygen” is allowed, “Oxygen Really Great Elements” is not.
Soflyy retains all rights to the Oxygen trademark, and reserves the right to change the trademark policy at any time, including the right to entirely revoke your license to use the mark.
When placing our logo on a dark background, use the reverse version.
Big or small, the logo should have plenty of room and breathing space.
Please don't alter the logo files in any way.
