Permission is automatically granted to use "oxy" in the domain name of any product or service related to Oxygen - even commercial projects - i.e. OXYwhatever.com, whateverOXY.com, whateverforoxy.com, etc. is allowed. You don't need special permission from us - just do it.

Allowed: oxywhatever.com
Not allowed: oxygenwhatever.com

Permission from Soflyy is required to use the Oxygen name or logo as part of any project, product, service, domain name, or company name.

We are happy to grant permission in the following instances:
- The project is non-commercial
- The primary purpose of the project is to promote Oxygen

If your project meets these criteria, you will be permitted to use the Oxygen name and logo to promote your project in any way you see fit with one exception: do not use "oxygen" as part of a domain name.

Oxygen-related businesses and projects can use the Oxygen name and logo to refer to and explain their services or products, but can not use them as part of a product name, project name, service name, company name, or domain name. Additionally, they can't be used in any way that suggests an affiliation with or endorsement by Oxygen or Soflyy.
