Breakdance Forms for Oxygen

Breakdance Forms for Oxygen is a separate extension plugin that adds Breakdance's form
elements to Oxygen: Form Builder — the multi-step form builder with validation,
conditional fields, email notifications, CRM integrations and webhooks — plus ready-made
Login, Register and Forgot Password forms. They appear in the builder's Add
panel under Breakdance Forms, and entries land under Oxygen → Form Submissions.

Building, configuring and integrating forms works exactly as documented on the Breakdance
site: Breakdance forms documentation.
This page covers the one thing that's different in Oxygen.

Tip: Paste the extension's license key at Oxygen → Settings → Extensions so it
receives updates. See Extensions Settings.

Site-wide form styling needs the Elements extension too

In Breakdance you style every form on the site in one place — Global Settings → Forms
covers field borders, backgrounds, typography, labels and the submit button, so
individual forms don't have to be styled at all.

Oxygen turns Breakdance's Global Settings off, and it's
Breakdance Elements for Oxygen that turns
them back on. With only Breakdance Forms for Oxygen installed, the builder's ••• menu has
no Global Settings item, so there's no Forms section to style from — install the
Elements extension as well if you want site-wide form styling.

Either way, each form can still be styled on its own, from the Design tab of the form
element — its Container, Form, Layout and Spacing sections are the same controls
Breakdance documents.
